We are looking for a Senior Engineer in Crash Safety
Are you an expert in vehicle safety with experience in both physical and virtual analysis? Have you worked with legal requirements and system development in an international environment? Then we are looking for you!
Your main tasks:
• Analysis & Test: Conduct physical and virtual analyses for different load cases.
• Quality Assurance: Responsible for the status of test objects prior to physical crash tests.
• Requirements: Define and develop system requirements, guidelines and knowledge-building activities.
• Technical Development: Actively participate in the development of innovative technical solutions.
• Compliance: Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with applicable legal requirements and internal regulations.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a solid background in the automotive industry, preferably with experience from similar roles as an analysis or project engineer.
We would like you to have:
• Experience working with protection systems (e.g. airbags) and passenger safety.
• Knowledge of test and conditioning methods and statistical analysis.
• Experience working to strict customer specifications and legal requirements.
• Experience in developing new test methods when needed.
